A training calendar built around your working week
An empty space in a diary is not always a bookable slot. A coach may be travelling between gyms, preparing a session or working with a group. Fit2 brings those constraints into one training calendar.
Start with actual availability
Set working days and separate hours for each day, add gym locations and leave time between sessions. Personal appointments and group classes share one calendar, with clear slots for new bookings.
- Working hours can differ from Monday to Sunday.
- Personal appointments and group classes share the same schedule.
- Exceptions such as time off should not require rewriting the normal week.
Keep the history when a session changes
A cancelled appointment and a completed workout mean different things. Fit2 separates upcoming, completed and cancelled sessions and includes cancellation requests. Moving an appointment should preserve the original event and make the new time clear to both people.
Connect attendance with session balances
The intended client profile brings the calendar together with paid-session tracking. Booking a place should not silently count as attending. The coach needs to see what was bought, what was used and why an adjustment was made, with their own cancellation rules.
Questions, answered
Can each coach set their own working hours?
Set working days and separate hours for each day, add gym locations and leave time between sessions. Personal appointments and group classes share one calendar, with clear slots for new bookings.
How are clients and coaches notified?
Clients request a cancellation or a new time, coaches confirm the decision, and the calendar retains the history and counts. Configure cancellation rules and Telegram, WhatsApp and Viber notifications for both sides about sessions, payments and changes.
