Workout programmes that connect the plan to the session

A programme is useful when the client can follow it and the coach can understand what actually happened. Fit2 connects a programme for the day with the calendar, session history and client feedback.

A clear instruction for the day

The programme view keeps the exercise order, the coach's instructions and the expected work together. It should distinguish the assigned plan from the completed result. Replacing an exercise during a session must not erase what was originally assigned.

A programme written for one client

The coach writes a programme for a specific person in their card: exercises, sets and load that fit their goals and history. Changing the programme later does not rewrite sessions that have already taken place.

  • Keep the programme in the client's card, separate from the sessions it was assigned to.
  • Record alternatives and coach comments in the session context.
  • A group session has its own task, and each participant's results are recorded separately.

Make room for different coaching approaches

Create individual and group programmes from the exercise catalogue. Select muscles on the body map, filter by equipment, and use instructions with visual cues and animations. Adapt your workflow for strength training, CrossFit, yoga or nutrition coaching, including food diaries and recommendations.

Your own exercise library

Create exercises that only you can see. Select the muscle groups involved and their roles, upload images, and add your own preparation and technique instructions.
