Client progress tracking with context and privacy
A single number rarely tells the whole story of a coaching relationship. A useful client profile connects what was planned, what happened and what the client wants to work on next. Fit2 keeps that context alongside progress records.
Keep observations comparable
Weight and body measurements need a date, a unit and a consistent label. A note about the conditions of a measurement helps a coach interpret the record later. The charts sit alongside workout history rather than replacing the coach's judgement.
Make photo access explicit
Progress photos are intended to belong to the client's private record. The coach will control which profile blocks the invited client can see. Publishing a profile or sharing a milestone should be a separate decision, not an automatic consequence of uploading a photo.
- Profiles start private.
- Keep private coaching notes separate from client-visible information.
- Invite the correct person before opening access to a client record.
Review a period, not just the latest entry
The client profile combines previous sessions, programme changes, measurements and photos. This lets a coach prepare a conversation using the same period across records. A missed measurement should appear as missing data, not as zero or an invented result.
Reports for the period you choose
Review your coaching activity and payments over a day, week, month or custom date range. See session counts, payments and amounts together, with details by client and gym.
- Count group sessions and participant attendance separately.
- Keep payment receipts, refunds and prepaid session balances distinct.
- Show amounts in each currency separately.
Questions, answered
What can I track in a client profile?
Every coach has a client list and a calendar for personal and group sessions. Each client profile brings together the daily programme, session and cancellation history, paid session balances, measurements, charts and progress photos. Set your working hours, gym locations and client-visible sections to suit your practice.
How do watches and fitness trackers connect?
Use the browser on desktop and mobile, or the iOS and Android apps. Integrations with Apple Watch, Garmin and other watches and fitness trackers connect activity data to the client's history and access preferences.
